At Llar Viventia Real Estate we process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD). This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, for how long, and what rights you can exercise.
Controller: Dalila García, trading as Llar Viventia Real Estate. Tax ID (NIF): 39737148W. Address: Carrer del Comte Borrell 205, 08029 Barcelona, Spain. Contact email for privacy matters: info@llarviventia.com.
Through the Website's contact form we collect the following data: name, email, phone (optional), area of interest (buying, selling, renting or other) and the content of your message.
This data is used solely to manage your enquiry, contact you regarding properties or real estate advisory services, and, if you explicitly ask us to, keep you informed about properties that may match your search.
We do not use contact-form data for purposes other than those described, nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to handling your enquiry.
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you give by voluntarily submitting the contact form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), as well as, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) when your enquiry relates to a specific property.
Data will be kept for as long as an active or potential business relationship exists with you, and in any case for the time necessary to handle your enquiry. After that period, without further activity, data will be kept blocked for the legally required limitation periods and subsequently deleted.
Your data is received and managed through Gmail / Google Workspace, an email service provided by Google Ireland Limited, acting as data processor under its own terms of service and data protection commitments.
Data is not shared with third parties other than those strictly necessary to provide the service (for example, the Website's hosting provider), and no international transfers of data take place outside the European Economic Area other than those inherent to the technology providers mentioned above, which offer the safeguards required by the GDPR.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection at any time, as well as withdraw your consent, by emailing info@llarviventia.com stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document.
If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Llar Viventia Real Estate applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including submitting the contact form over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
